NBM
- Nil By mouth. No food or Drink Intake
- No Evidence of Disease - A term used when scans or tests prove negative for cancer. Because of the nature of Cancer, "Cure" is a word the medical profession tend not to use.
- Surgically removing a Kidney either partial or total (radical).

- Is a delineated signaling system that involves such a resultant secretion.
Neurosecretory System
- In general, all neural systems contain both neurons that themselves secrete chemical messengers and neurons that signal special secretory cells to secrete chemical messengers.
